By law, we have to provide a two years guarantee for our products . Instead we offer you five years. You want to know why…? Well, when it comes to quality and service PAX-Bags clearly stands out among the emergency bag manufacturers. Our products last longer, which is why we offer a three-year warranty for many of our products.

 

 

 

The only thing we need is the serial number of your PAX product and some personal details like your adress and the like. You can usually find it either on the handle or inside the article.

Manufacturer warranty

The Legal Guarantee

 

This Manufacturer’s Warranty (hereinafter referred to as “Warranty”) applies to all X-CEN-TEK products purchased with this Warranty Statement. The the sellers statutory warranty rights are not affected by this warranty. We provide warranty in accordance with the following regulations by rectifying defects in the product free of charge, which can be proven to be due to a material or production defect within the warranty period. The warranty period lasts 24 months, 12 months in the case of commercial or professional or any similar use. The warranty period begins as soon as the first customer buys the product. The date on the original purchase receipt is decisive.

 

 

The registration of the serial number is obligatory for the right to warranty. This can be done online or you can send the serial number of the purchased article to the address given below immediately after purchase.

 

The following is excluded from the guarantee:

  • Parts which are subject to wear due to use or other natural wear and defects in the product which are due to use or other natural wear
  • Zippers defects
  • Products without serial number or those whoseserial number has been removed
  • Defects of the product due to improper use, abnormal environmental conditions, overload and/or lack of maintenance or safekeeping.
  • Products to which changes or additions have been made.
  • Minor deviations from the intended quality that are not relevant for the value and suitability of the product

The defect recognised by us as subject to warranty shall be rectified in the way that we repair the defective product at our cost or replace it with a faultless product (possibly also a successor model). Replaced products or parts then become our property.

The warranty claim must be submitted within the warranty period. For this purpose, after prior registration in accordance with Section 3, the affected product must be sent to us with the original purchase receipt, which must include the date of purchase and the product description. If the Buyer sends the product to the Seller, the Buyer is responsible for transport costs and risk.

Claims other than the right to rectification of defects in the product specified in these warranty conditions are not substantiated by our warranty.

Our warranty services do not extend or renew the warranty period for the product.

This warranty is valid only for products purchased in the USA. US substantive law applies to this warranty.

The delivery time of 2 -5 days applies to deliveries to the USA and Canada.

We do worldwide shipping. Please contact us if you can not find your country in our list!

Payment in advance: The time limit for delivery begins with the day after issuing the payment order to the remitting credit institution or, with other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the termination of the last day of this time period.

If the last day of the period fall should be a Saturday, Sunday or an official public holiday in the Country or State of delivery, the delivery takes place the following working day.

Shipping to countries outside the USA

In addition, further taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in the course of your order, which are not paid via us or invoiced by us, but are payable by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Dear customers,

As you have surely noticed in the media, has also reached Germany. Many of our customers belong to the risk group that can potentially come into direct contact with persons infected with the new corona virus SARS-CoV-2. To protect the health of all our employees in the USA, Germany and Poland and to interrupt a potential chain of infection, we have therefore made immediate adjustments to some of our work processes. The measures we have taken relate to our incoming goods department for incoming returns, repairs and sample shipments. This is purely a precautionary measure.

Necessary measures

Recent studies have shown that corona viruses can persist on surfaces at room temperature for up to nine days and remain infectious.

Against this background, we disinfect all incoming goods from the outside, seal them and keep them unopened in a quarantine warehouse for 10 days. Further processing only takes place after the 10-day period has expired. Any returns and repairs as well as confirmations of goods received and associated credit notes will therefore be delayed by at least this period.

PAX washing instructions

Cleaning your PAX bag

Your PAX bags and backpacks are exposed to extreme loads on a daily basis. That´s why maintenance is very important if you want to use your PAX product as long as possible. The good thing is that our products are really easy to clean. Remove the back and side reinforcements. Now you only need some water, a sponge and our PAX cleaner. The PAX tarpaulin cleaner is a special alkaline cleaner for all types of tarpaulins made of PVC, PE or other coated fabrics. It effortlessly removes even the most stubborn dirt, especially bird droppings, algae, mould, other organic soiling, soot and oil. It is a concentrate and therefore very economical, also suitable for high pressure cleaners. The PAX tarpaulin cleaner is available in our online shop.

After washing comes care. This means you have to make sure that your PAX product is completely dry because the residual moisture can hardly escape due to the fiber coating. Then you can reinstall the back and side reinforcements and apply a colorless dry lubricant, like a silicone spray or similar to the zippers. After that, your PAX bag or backpack as good as new and ready for use again!

Tip: To remove oil stains, simply rub in your PAX product with on the soiled spot. After a short period of time, oil and butter can be washed off with a little washing solution. Please do not use aggressive cleaning products like gasoline in order to avoid damage of the fiber covering.
